1979 saw the first ever Real Estate office open in this unique wonderland and in doing so, recognising the area's enormous growth potential.

With only 400 properties accessed by motor vehicle, we are surrounded by National Parks and never to be increased, some of the prettiest river settlement communities including Dangar Island, Milsons Passage and Bar Point to mention just a few, again all surrounded by National Park, majestic waterways and steeped in history.
